Renal Transplant US

  • Renal protocol US images
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of arterial supply (usually external iliac artery), include resistive index
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of venous outflow (usually external iliac vein)
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of arterial anastamosis, include resistive index
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of transplant main renal artery, include resistive index
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of transplant main renal vein
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of transplant interlobar and arcuate arteries (lower, mid, upper)
* be sure to use proper angle on Doppler imaging

Pancreas Transplant US

  • Transverse and sagittal images of transplant pancreas
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of arterial supply (usually external iliac artery), include resistive index
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of venous outflow
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of transplant artery and vein
* be sure to use proper angle on Doppler imaging

Liver Transplant US

  • Liver protocol US images
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of portal vein, include peak velocity
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images right and left portal vein
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of hepatic artery, include resistive index
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of right, middle, left hepatic veins
  • Color Doppler and spectral Doppler images of intrahepatic IVC
* be sure to use proper angle on Doppler imaging
